Café Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Lakeside Cafe. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and leading cafe staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Overseeing customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Monitoring inventory and placing orders for supplies.
- Maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment.
- Training new staff members and enforcing cafe policies.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Creating work schedules and managing staff shifts.
- Assisting in marketing and promoting cafe specials.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of cafe operations and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
