**Blaze Staffing Solutions is an innovative recruitment and on-hire staffing firm with a focus on providing exceptional service to multiple industries within Melbourne.**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Placing job advertisements
- Reference Checking
- Telephone Screening and interviewing
- Handling inbound phone calls (30 - 50 calls per day)
- General administrative tasks

**To be successful in this role you will be required to possess**:

- Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
- The ability to work as an integral part of a team
- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport
- Exceptional personal presentation

This is a dynamic, pivotal role that requires the ability to multi-task and manage multiple demands, within a fast-paced, energetic environment.
