Mosman 3D Dental is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced dental assistant as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes.

**We are looking for a casual dental assistant/receptionist to join us on Wednesday 7:30am-5pm and Friday 7:30am-2:30pm**

**Th**e Heart of the Role**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Handling payments
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice is preferred but not essential
- Passionate about customer service / patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
