Casual Front of House Team Members required at **Oporto Greenwood Plaza.**
- Taking orders while providing professional and efficient service to customers.
- Upselling and suggesting additional items to customers.
- Promoting loyalty program and customer feedback program to customers.
- Pack product for customers for take away collection using correct packaging.
- Cleaning counter area, floors, bins etc throughout shift and at close.
- Maintaining FOH stock levels during shift and ensuring stock is rotated according to FIFO and dated.
- Providing high quality food for our customers.
- Cooking fried food products in accordance with all Food Handling and Hygiene guidelines.
- Assist with restaurant open and close duties.
- Packing and presenting orders for dine in and takeaway.
- Adhere to and model appropriate company personal presentation and uniform dress standards.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of company, safety, and store policies and procedures and notify the Management Team of any safety procedure or matter which is not fully understood or breached.
- Comply with all written or verbal instructions to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.

Required:
**What's Required??**
- Must possess strong customer service skills, knowledge and experience.
- Must have strong English written and spoken communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Ability and willingness to learn and adhere to food hygiene and safe work practices.
- Ability to take direction / guidance / coaching when provided.
- Must be highly reliable and dependable.
- Willingness to complete any required training.
- Must be able to work in fast environment
- Must be hardworking, a quick learner, effective communicator and able to work in a small team.
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (11am - 3:30pm) Availability REQUIRED
