Qube Kaffeine & Kitchen located in Westfield Parramatta is on the look out for a committed, enthusiastic and experienced Cafe Manager.

This is a great opportunity to lead a loyal team and continue to assist with the ongoing success of this cafe and contributing to its continued growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Managing day to day operations of the cafe
- Interviewing, training and on boarding new staff members
- Motivate team members to perform at their best, ensuring customer service and professionalism is at a high standard
- Managing weekly staff rosters
- Overseeing the ordering of supplies and maintaining relations and contact with vendors
- Ensuring all staff members understand their day to day responsibilities and are completing their required tasks
- Delegating required tasks to staff
- Maintain daily record of income and expense
- Ensuring best customer services is provided at all times
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Taking reservations and bookings for large groups
- Creating a positive and safe environment
- Maintaining compliance with OH&S regulations and ensuring compliance with and procedures of all staff
- Overall management of cafe to ensure daily operations are running smoothly
- Sharing and contributing ideas to better the business.

Skills and Experience
- Strong work ethic
- Understanding and experience in a similar role
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
