Accounts Clerk

**About the Role**

In this role, you will be responsible for the effective distribution and reconciliation of all incoming accounts payable invoices across all of the Group’s divisions and providing ongoing support and relief to the members of the Shared Services team as required.
- Upload AP invoices into the accounts capturing software and ensure all details of invoice have been captured promptly to commence AP workflow
- Reconciling creditor statements to ensure all amounts owing are in the system
- Assist other team members with the processing of invoices as required
- Creating a positive working environment for yourself and your colleagues

**About You**:

- Minimum 1 experience in an office environment
- Experience in the construction industry (desirable)
- General Accounting and Reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines
- Good organisational skills
