When you work for Neverland, you are more than just an employee - you are a part of our brand We are looking for **ASSITANT STORE MANAGER** to join our team at **BAYSIDE**. **Store Management**: - Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. - Implement and maintain store policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Manage and train all store staff to the Neverland service standard whilst fostering a positive and productive work environment - Achieve store budgets through effectively customer service, task delegation and prioritisation. - Ensure all Neverland Store directives are completed to standard and on time. - Work alongside the Store Manager to ensure operational and store standards are always kept. - Lead by example and be responsible for store and staff performance. - Sunday to Thursday roster **Who you are**: - Have a passion for street wear & fashion - Strong customer service skills and standards - Previous experience in a management role - Be performance driven in both level of service and financial achievement - Previous visual merchandising experience **Why be part of the Neverland Crew?** - Continue to grow your career in a fun and supportive environment - Incredible development and growth opportunities - Staff discount across all our brands - Generous Incentive Program (Individual and store team) Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Weekend availability **Experience**: - Retail: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
