Ability Gym is looking for a Sports & Fitness Instructor to join our vibrant Saturday morning crew at Yokine Regional Open Space (Park) & Osborne Park (Private gym).

We’re a fun and supportive physical activity program designed specifically for young people with disability. We believe in movement, connection, and creating a positive, empowering environment for everyone who takes part.

Job Details:
Location: Yokine Regional Open Space & Osborne Park
Time: Saturday mornings
Role: Sports & fitness Instructor

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver 1-on-1 sports & fitness sessions tailored to the needs and goals of each participant
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and team members
- Support participants in building physical confidence, functional strength, and movement skills through structured activities.

We are looking for individuals who are:

- Energetic, empathetic, and enthusiastic about working with people with disability.
- Experienced or studying in one of the following fields: Sport Science, Exercise and Health, Personal Training, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related discipline.
- Confident in leading 1:1 sessions and adapting activities as needed.
- Committed to promoting inclusion and empowerment through physical activity.

*Final-year students in relevant fields are encouraged to apply
