**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Storeperson** to work within our Purchasing team at Penny - Underground Gold Mine Operations in the Gold Fields. 8/6 FIFO Roster.

6 Month contract with the potential to become permanent. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Ensuring that deliveries are received on time, with accuracy, and in optimal condition
- Streamline stock take
- Control the inventory and holdings
- Operate forklift to receive, store, pack and dispatch store goods safely
- Updating the store inventory system to enable accurate visibility of stock levels
- Manage cataloging of new plant, equipment, parts, and bulk materials in Pronto, including setting the correct stock class, ROP/ROQ quantities, and stock min/max levels.
- Participation in stocktakes
- Ensure adequate inventory levels of different stock classes by managing ROPs/ROQs, issuing replenishing purchase requests/orders, and expediting orders.
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards in the store
- Performing general store duties and other duties as require

**To be considered you would have current experience**
- Warehouse experience within Mining Industry or similar background
- Working Safely at Heights
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid Driver's Licence (Manual)
- Current Forklift ticket
- Pronto or similar ERP system experience (highly desirable)
- National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months
