We are looking for two skilled, proactive and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated casual workforce.
**Please note**:Applicants must have fulltime working rights and ability to cover the following shifts (8-4pm, 2:30-7:30pm and 4-8 Sleepover 6-8am)

**Your role**
- Support clients with intellectual and physical disabilities with high physical needs including personal care, safe manual handling, and the use of hoists and bowel care.
- Rigorously follow BIS and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site manager to best support complex behaviours.
- Encourage capacity building to enhance clients’ current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport and accessing the community safely.
- Promoting choice and control and show eagerness to participate in clients’ day to day routines, goals, and interests.
- To be efficient in computer skills and report writing
**Some of our requirements**:
We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what’s important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include, mornings (6am-2pm OR 7am-3pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm OR 3pm
- 11pm), active/sleepover nights (10pm-6am OR 11pm-7am).
