**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Rental Income Analyst is responsible for performance analytics and reporting that will ensure income forecasting and provide insights to support continuous improvement enabling Hume to maximise income.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Performance analytics, income forecasting and viability modelling
- Lead on quality assurance and compliance by conducting regular audits to inform and mitigate risk
- Delivery of compliant annual market rent reviews for Hume properties
- Delivery of cyclical income eligibility and rent reviews for social, affordable and specialist disability housing programs
- Supporting services and debt prevention initiatives aimed at greater financial inclusion for customers
**WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU**
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Experience in the Social Welfare sector and previous knowledge of housing policies and procedures
- Excellent skills in data manipulation and analysis, inclusive of detailed knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word.
- Experience in effectively presenting analysis and communicating findings relevant to the needs of the audience
- Understanding of and capacity to relate to people from a diverse range of social and cultural background, including those with complex needs
- Certificate IV in Social Housing or equivalent (highly desirable)
- Commerce or Accounting qualification (highly desirable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
