**Shifts**: Active Night shifts are prioritized but AM, PM, Sleepovers are available as well

**About the Role**:
As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centered care and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them live independently and improve their quality of life. Your responsibilities may include:
Meal preparation & household tasks
Personal care & daily living support
Community access & social activities
Medication assistance & transport

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Minimum 1 year of experience** in disability
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ First Aid & CPR certification
✔ Reliable transport & valid driver’s license (preferred)
✔ Genuine compassion and a positive attitude
