**Early Childhood Educator - Torquay Kindergarten positions**

**Position 1 - permanent position**
Kurrman & Yandul 3yo groups
35.5 hours per week
28 hours contact time (as below), plus 7.5 hours non-contact time (negotiable spread across the week).

Monday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Tuesday: 8:30am - 4:0pm
Wednesday: 8:45am - 11:45am and 11:45am - 12:45pm (Lunch cover)
Thursday: 8:45am - 2:45pm

Ngurr Ngurr 4yo group
17.75 hours per week
14 hours contact time (as below), plus 3.75 hours non-contact time (negotiable spread across the week).

**Key selection criteria**
**Mandatory qualifications, experience and requirements**
- Minimum Certificate III in Children’s Services from an ACECQA approved training organisation.
- Demonstrated experience working with children and families.
- Experience in assisting in the development and implementation of an educational program in accordance with approved learning frameworks.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and an understanding of how this impacts on daily practice.
- Excellent skills in verbal and written communication with children, staff and the wider community.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and co
