Your New Role- Your rotation preferences are matched to maximise clinical exposure and professional development in twice yearly rotations.
- Make a difference to the lives of the patients you meet through psychosocial assessments and provision of Social Work clinical interventions
- You will help us achieve excellence in patient care across the continuum of acute to community care
- In return, you will be supported by your Social Work and Multidisciplinary team colleagues, Social Work Team Leaders, Clinical Lead and Managers

About You- You are looking to expand your Social Work skills and work with a dynamic professional team
- You have qualifications which are acceptable for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers
- You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and in co-operation with others
- You have clinical skills and experience in comprehensive assessment, counselling and discharge planning
