**Your Role**:
As a **Plasterer**, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering work across diverse projects — from commercial fitouts to residential buildings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces and blend plaster materials, guaranteeing smooth, consistent finishes in line with project specifications.
- Attach and assemble plasterboard walls, ceiling panels, fire-resistant structures, soundproofing tiles, and multi-layered wall coverings in construction projects.
- Work on varied commercial and residential sites.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment by systematically managing tools, materials, and debris, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to meet project goals.

What You Bring:

- Relevant qualification and / or minimum 3 years of plastering experience.
- Excellent finishing and attention to detail.
- White Card (construction induction) - essential.
- Site-inducted across WA or willingness to complete site inductions.
- Own tools and transport preferred.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork.
