**What You’ll be Doing**:
If you’re passionate about crafts, parties, and making customers smile, we want you on our team As a Craft Party Department Team Member, you’ll help customers find what they need for their next big creation or celebration — no two days are ever the same
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Sharing your love and skills for craft, sewing, and home decorating
- Learning quickly and adapting to our extensive product range
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- Contributing to sales and helping your store meet its goals
- Previous retail experience or customer service
- The ability to multitask in a fast environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights
- A positive, can-do attitude
