**Maddington Toyota **is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Workshop Controller** to join our dynamic team at the Pre Delivery Centre.
As a **Workshop Controller**, you will oversee workflow, internal fitting and cleaning in our busy workshop. You will plan, schedule and support staff to meet deadlines and ensure efficient builds. The role includes working on large contracts, making it diverse and challenging.

- Demonstrates strong organizational skills
- Exhibits discipline and leadership capabilities to manage a workshop team
- Highly motivated with a passion for achieving goals
- Possesses effective interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with others
- Holds a current WA Drivers Licence for manual vehicles
- Shows enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed
- Toyota experience is desirable, but not essential.
