**About the Role**:
As a Regional Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your region, supporting Directors and Educators to deliver remarkable, fun, and safe programs. You’ll also:

- Manage a portfolio of 7-10 schools in your region, ensuring our OSHC programs shine.
- Lead a team of Directors and Educators, empowering them to grow and develop.
- Drive program growth, focusing on retention and innovation.
- Visit schools daily to connect with your team, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth operations.
- Represent TeamKids, embodying our values and culture in all interactions.

**About You**:

- You’re a natural leader who loves bringing out the best in others.
- A big kid at heart—you keep the fun alive while getting things done.
- You’re collaborative, love a good challenge, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- You're solution focused - willing to work through road bumps when they arise
- You hold a valid driver’s licence and are ready to support your schools on the road.
