Male Support Worker

**What you'll do**:
✔ Provide support in home and local community
✔ Assist with daily activities, including anything from meal preparation to personal hygiene
✔ Empower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible
✔ Be a trusted and reliable point of contact for clients and their families
✔ Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts and incident reports.
✔ Follow company policies and procedures

**What we're looking for**:

- Lebanese Arabic-speaking _(preferred, not essential)_
- Available and willing to do **2-hour**shifts from 9am - 11am
- A caring, empathetic, and patient nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver's Licence
- Access to a **comprehensive insured** car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $39.55 - $40.84 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
