**Your Role**:
As an HRBP, you will contribute to the achievement of InvoCare’s vision and mission through the provision of advice, coaching and support that assists leaders to achieve business objectives by effectively managing their people. The HRBP will act as an internal business partner who delivers commercially focused HR solutions to their internal clients, with strong technical support from their colleagues to ensure best practice and consistency of approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Partnering**:

- Providing advice on people issues across the employee lifecycle.
- **Management of ER/IR matters**:

- Leading and participating in reviews and investigations into workplace matters including grievances, discrimination, bullying and harassment.
- **Workforce Planning**- Partner with senior leaders to develop consistent organisational structures that give teams and individuals role clarity and build capability for future growth.
- **Learning**- Coach, advise and support leaders to increase people management capability and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- **Culture**- Support the development of a consistent positive culture and strengthen employee engagement.

**You will have**:

- Demonstrated operational experience in Human Resources including hands-on exposure to ensuring compliance with employment regulations
- Prior experience implementing recruitment, training, performance management and remuneration processes
- Ability to influence, inspire and impel action at all levels within the organisation
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Working knowledge of relevant employment legislation and standards
- Experience working in a multi-site retail or services business (desirable)
