**About the role**

Experience in recruitment is highly desirable, but transferable skills from other industries will also be considered for this challenging, yet rewarding hands on, fast paced role.

**Desirable Qualities**:

- A background and knowledge of primary industry/blue collar/casual labour hire recruitment and/or similar experience;
- Previous client account servicing experience desirable
- Experience in managing multiple tasks on the go
- Strong administration, organisational and time management skills;
- Proficiently use various operating systems, including all Microsoft Suite;
- Experience in WHS site evaluations would be highly regarded
- Excellent people skills - with the confidence and ability to negotiate and enjoy working with lots of different people daily

Office hours are Monday to Friday with 8.30am to 4.30pm
