This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed and values-driven **Administration Trainee** to join our team and build real-world finance experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll work alongside our **Senior Finance Officer**, learning the ropes of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general finance administration in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

**About the Role**
This full-time, 12-month traineeship offers the opportunity to:
- Gain hands-on experience in finance administration, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
- Provide support in data entry, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and record-keeping
- Assist with general administrative duties in a not-for-profit finance environment
- Learn industry software and systems (e.g. Xero, Employment Hero)
- Work as part of a collaborative, friendly team
- Complete a **Certificate III or IV in Business or Accounts Administration** (with dedicated time during work hours to study)
This is a fantastic entry point for someone passionate about finance and administration, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in the sector.
**What We're Looking For**
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn
- A great communicator with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Organised and able to manage their time effectively
- Committed to the values and mission of RCA
No prior experience is required—just the right attitude and a willingness to grow.
