Kilsyth EL is dedicated to cultivating a holistic and nurturing approach to the Childcare and Kindergarten sector, but we couldn’t do it without our incredible team. We’re on the lookout for **Casual Educators **in** **Early Education** **who wants to contribute to the continued success of our brand and customer experience to join our family

Our **Kilsyth centre,** features natural play environments, open plan rooms, age-appropriate learning resources and separate playgrounds, and indoor and outdoor areas.

You’re passionate about working with children and bringing magic and enchantment into their lives. You're excited to work with a leadership team who cares about your centre as much as you do, says “yes” when you ask for the resources you need and welcomes your ideas and input because we know _you _make the difference in the way our parents and children feel.

**You will also have**:

- **A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or studying towards) (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)**:

- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Australian Working Rights
- Excellent personal presentation
- Confidence in collaborating with our families and the local community
