Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary staffing cohort within the Melbourne team.

**Your new company**
Established in 2014, this independent statutory body provides services and facilities to Victoria's courts. They are currently an experienced Clinical Advisor to work in Melbourne's CBD on 6 month basis with opportunity to extend.

**Your new role**
The Court Support Services Manager role is responsible for the leadership and management of the Court Support Services programs as well as developing and leading various pilot programs.

The role provides overall leadership to a multi-disciplinary team consisting of team leaders, CISP case managers, ARC case manager, as well as staff working across other specialised programs and administrative staff, together with responsibility for implementing practice improvements and quality assurance processes across the programs.

Responsibilities will include:

- Supervise, mentor and appraise staff to achieve clinical competence and compliance with program objectives and initiatives including peer support activities, professional supervision and professional development activities.
- Ensure appropriate performance, data and outcome monitoring to support continued improvement, program evaluations and team development.
- Adhere to organisational and legislative requirements to manage privacy, confidentiality and consent; through the maintenance of accurate, confidential client records and computerised database/s and case management systems.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with, appropriate departments across CSV, the judiciary, legal professionals and court personnel, local area service providers and other key internal and external stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology, allied health or another relevant field.
- Experience working with complex case management intervention services, including but not limited to mental health, alcohol and other drugs, cognitive impairment.
- Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
