**About the Role**

As part of our growing and respected Responsible Gambling (RG) team, you will be responsible for analysing customer transactions, and account behaviour for signs of problematic gambling and wagering. Our objective is that every user plays within their financial means and receives the best service possible.
- This role will require in-office days to be Mondays or Tuesdays, the remaining can be from home. Please note, a requirement for the first week is to be with us for face-to-face training._

**What you’ll do**
- Compiling source-of-funds checks through liaising with internal stakeholders such as our ACM and BDM teams.
- Undertake ongoing customer due diligence checks and transaction monitoring.
- Providing support for responsible gambling-related queries.
- Interacting with customers displaying signs of problem gambling.
- Assessment of customer accounts and self-exclusions.
- Point of contact for distressed customers and or family and offering support.
- Work closely with the Risk, Trading, and Client services teams.

**Who we are looking for**
- Ability to manage and deal with sensitive information in a highly confidential manner.
- Ability to be empathetic and understanding of various client’s personal situations.
- Capacity to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- the ability and passion to be empathetic to clients
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to be analytical.
- Motivated, innovative, and a good work ethic.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of basic IT concepts.

**Bonus Points**:

- Knowledge of the wagering industry and/or Entain’s systems and processes would be advantageous.
- Preferred understanding or prior experience with Responsible Gambling and/or working with persons affected by addiction.
