**The Role**

We are seeking a proactive and motivated **Tuition Centre Manager** to lead the day-to-day operations of our centre. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, high teaching standards, and excellent communication with students, families, and staff.

**Key ResponsibilitiesStudent & Family Engagement**
- Act as the first point of contact for families, handling inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Oversee student enrolments, progress monitoring, and ensure families feel supported and informed.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for students and parents.

**Team Leadership & Tutor Management**
- Manage and support the team of tutors, ensuring teaching quality and consistency.
- Oversee tutor schedules and class allocations.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

**Operational Oversight & Business Management**
- Oversee daily centre operations, including administrative tasks and compliance.
- Manage financial processes such as fees management, payroll coordination, and budget tracking.
- Implement systems and processes through LMS to maintain efficiency and uphold quality standards.
- Ensure the centre complies with all safety and regulatory requirements.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in education, tutoring, or a related environment (preferred).
- Relevant qualifications in education, business, or management (advantageous but not essential).
- Ability to balance operational demands with student and family needs.

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
