**The Opportunity.**

We have an opportunity for 2 cleaners to join the team

We are looking for people who have a high attention to detail, take pride in their work and are reliable.

Days: Monday to Friday (option of weekends available)

Hours: Between 20 to 40 hours available per week based on location and performance.

Location: Both roles will be based either in Newcastle or Lake Macquarie servicing strata establishments.

Transport and previous experience preferred however NOT ESSENTIAL.

Duties include:

- Sweeping, surface dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of all hard surfaces.
- Trash removal, floor litter pickups, garbage disposal, and changing of liners.
- Car park cleaning coverage and removal of grease or oil from surfaces.
- Door and window glass cleaning.
- Sterilising frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, railings, tables, chair backs.
- Cleaning and maintenance of garden, foyer, and communal areas.
- Cleaning, sanitisation, and proper disinfection of common restrooms.
- Steam cleaning carpets in the entrance areas.
- Cleaning cobwebs from outdoor and indoor areas within the property.
- Safe handling of cleaning chemicals and commercial cleaning equipment.
