**What our people love about working here**
**One team, united in our purpose**: We support older people to have great lives. We put older people first in everything we do. On an everyday level, we help them age with dignity, independence, happiness, and connectedness. On a big picture level, we’re challenging ageist thinking in Australia. This is the Warrigal Way.
**A focus on care, not profits**: As a for-purpose organisation, we put everything back into the business. That means you can focus on creating the best possible experience for our residents and have a meaningful impact in the local community, instead of filling investor pockets. There is no greater purpose.
**You are the difference | Create a meaningful legacy**
At Warrigal, you’re not just doing care work. You’re shaping a society that respects and celebrates ageing, connects families, and frees up their time to create treasured, lasting memories. You’re creating a culture of kindness, compassion and understanding that can be passed down to future generations. Let this be your legacy.
Join us and be the difference.
We proudly acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work and live, and we honour their ongoing cultural and spiritual connections to Country. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging.
At Warrigal, you are the difference. We believe in celebrating diversity and creating a culture of inclusion and support in everything we do. We embrace the unique experiences, backgrounds, identities, abilities, and perspectives of our residents, customers, staff and volunteers to create a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
Realise your potential in a place where appreciation, belonging, growth and purpose allows everyone to thrive.
If successful, you may be asked to do a medical, National Criminal History Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check, and provide references.
