**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- ** Salary: $66,921 - $72,661** per annum pro rata + 12% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience)
- ** Position Status and Time Fraction**:Full Time, 1.0 EFT. Fixed term contract of employment until 4/10/2025.
- ** Location: Chadstone Campus** - onsite parking with close proximity to public transport
**As an Admissions Officer, you will**:
- Provide high-quality customer service as the first point of contact, delivering accurate information and guidance to prospective and current students across multiple channels.
- Assess student eligibility in line with government requirements, conduct Pre-Training Interviews and issue accurate fee quotes to ensure valid offers are made.
- Maintain up-to-date student records and communications through CRM and SMS systems, ensuring clear and consistent documentation of all interactions.
- Collaborate with faculties, support services, and marketing teams to coordinate recruitment activities, support outbound campaigns, and contribute to increasing student enrolments.
**To be successful, you’ll have**:
- A degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related discipline, and/or substantial experience in the education sector.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to provide clear advice and build positive relationships.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong service focus.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, databases, and internet-based systems. Experience with CRM or Student Management Systems is an advantage.
- A proactive and accountable team player who collaborates effectively and adapts well to change.
- Demonstrates sound judgement, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of business and stakeholder needs.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining an ‘employee’ **Working with Children Check**, and a valid **Police Check** within the last 12 months.
