**Your Role**:
This role is a great mix of Concierge & office management responsibilities, you will mainly support our Clubhouse team in creating a smooth and memorable experience for our members. Areas for which you will be responsible are:
- Maintaining a pristine clubhouse/office
- Reset the space in the mornings and/or afternoons (tea points, printing areas, meeting rooms etc) to ensure everything is tidy, clean and orderly by following our space checklist
- Assisting the Space Lead in completing projects around the space for an improved guest experience. Some tasks will include but not limited to: Working through opening and closing checklist, office moves, basic IT test (internet speed test).
- Undertake basic troubleshooting tasks at the clubhouse when required
- Administration Support to the Hub Team.
- Ensuring Hub members and guests are welcomed to the clubhouses and able to find their way, following sign-in and etiquette procedures
- Assisting and supporting the Clubhouse team when possible. Including events in the space and meeting room management.
- We require our Casual Host to be flexible and embody the Hub values of Collaborative, Adaptable, Resourceful, Accountable & Beyond Profit.
**About you**:
- Happy to work ad-hoc weekly hours when needed. Shifts between the hours of 9-5pm Monday to Friday.
- Would suit someone looking to take on more casual work or studying.
- Willing to have a hands on approach to work, jumping between different tasks when required.
- 1-2 years Previous reception, administration or concierge experience.
- Customer service focused, always willing to go above and beyond for members,
- Team first attitude, but also happy to work independently when needed.
