Dozer Stockpile Supervisor

7/7 roster for a DIDO role in Moranbah
- Previous expeience is essential
- Small team, hands on role

Mackellar is one of Australia’s largest privately owned mining equipment & service providers in Mining and Civil Earthmoving. We are currently looking for Dozer Stockpile Supervisors who are qualified and suitably experienced to provide effective leadership to enable a productive and safe environment for the production crews for a Dozer Stockpile project.

Your new role
- Manage crews, providing leadership for operations and safe working environment
- Adhere to Site Safety Health Management System and Environmental and other statutory management plans
- Ensure all production targets are met in line with safety standards
- Schedule and attend daily pre-start/safety meetings
- Build and maintain high performing teams
- Monitor and evaluate production outcomes and maintain accurate records

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous similar leadership experience within a Dozer Stockpile Operations
- Current Mining Supervisor G1, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3) and G2
- Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of current WHS legislation and statutory requirements
- Flexible and adaptable to different working environments, with strong problem-solving skills
- Must be a team player with the ability to mentor and lead other staff
- Strong written and communication skills
- High focus and demonstrated success in maintaining an excellent safety record for teams
- Competency using Microsoft Office Suite
