About the Role
An advertising agency dedicated to expressing creativity in all forms to positively influence people and culture is seeking a Mid-Weight Designer to bring fresh ideas, align designs with brand identities, and meet client needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with the creative team on diverse projects, translating concepts into visuals, managing multiple projects, and staying updated with design trends.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role, ideally in an agency.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Extensive knowledge of design principles like layout, typography, and color theory.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating design choices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
