**About the Role**

We are seeking for passionate and motivated team member to join our dynamic team as **Counter Salesperson/Warehouse** based in **Wollongong, New South Wales**.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Direct customer liaison and provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation
- Control of orders in line with customer requirements
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries
- Handle local deliveries and pick-ups effectively and safely
- Ensure Company equipment and facilities are well maintained and in good working condition
- Safely hand loading and unloading of freight

- Trade background, air-conditioning or building industry experience highly desirable
