**THE JOB**

We are looking for reliable customer service superstars to work nights and weekends on a casual basis for 15 to 30 hours a week.

Successful applicants must have the flexibility to work over a 7-day roster.

Having your RSA and experience in customer service and hospitality is preferred but not essential. The most important thing is a positive, can-do attitude that is focused on teamwork and delivering a great customer experience

Working at the Bentleys Hotel requires high energy, and an ability to multitask and successfully handle competing priorities.
- Exceptional and professional customer service
- Serve, clean, and reset through all service periods as required
- Proficient in the professional service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Consistent delivery of the venue’s products
- Good understanding of all food and beverage offerings, including menus available, food service systems, and till operations
- Communicate and liaise with team members
- Efficient knowledge of the point-of-sale operating system (on-the-job training provided)
- Maintain and clean all work areas
- Adhere to all policies and procedures as directed by management
- Follow Safe Work Procedures for all areas of the hotel as per the responsibility of all employees under the WHS Act 2012
- Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Any other duties directed by Management

- Competent and trustworthy cash-handling skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (18+) **(beneficial but not essential)**:
