**Description**:
The opportunity

Operating as Black Bag Roasters we have a brand-new purpose-built facility with state-of-the-art equipment. This site is a monumental milestone for Nomad Coffee Group and positions the company for some exciting growth.

We are looking for motivated professionals people who want to be a part of our new chapter. You’ll be responsible for ensuring efficiency with our fully automated equipment to ensure we maintain the highest safety and quality standards in a high-volume environment.

This is an initial 6-month max-term contract with full-time hours working a 2.00pm - 10pm shift Monday - Friday; for the right person, this could turn into a permanent opportunity.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Operating automated Rovema equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product, including case packer and pallitiser.
- Preparing and completing accurate records.
- Cleaning and housekeeping.
- Committed to safety and quality assurance and completion of safety/ quality checks as required.
- Assist with production staging.

What skills and knowledge do I need?
- A mechanically-minded individual with a high aptitude in automated equipment/technology operation.
- An understanding of SQF, HACCP and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment, exposure to Rovema packing machines would be highly regarded, however not essential
- Committed to quality in a high-volume environment.
- Follow policy, procedures, and instructions.
- Confidence using technology & systems.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Forklift licence is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to your role with proven reliability.
