**About us**

Flemington Unloading Services is a service provider to transport companies and farmers alike, distributing 85% of inbound freight to Sydney markets to all buying agents. We are a family owned business and have been in operation for 30 years.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Managing staff and teams ensuring efficient processing of all tasks
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Communication with customers and third parties
- Liaising forklift maintenance with admin
- Handling day to day challenges during operating hours
- Night Shift hours (9pm - 6am)

**Qualifications & experience**
- 3 years of management in transport or logistics
- 5 years experience forklift licence
- Car licence a must have
- Truck licence preferred but not essential

**Key Skills & Responsibilities**
- Leading from the front and instilling clear lines of communication
- Working with clients to find solutions
- Building and leading a high performing and safe working culture
- Ability to use office products and computers in general

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SYDNEY MARKETS, NSW 2129: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Forklift: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
