About the Role:
As HOSES, you will be a valued member of the leadership team. You will lead our inclusive practices to further build the capability of teaching staff to deliver quality learning outcomes for all students. The school prides itself on being inclusive and supports all students within their classroom environment. This role has the ability to further develop our inclusive education approaches through reflection and refinement of current practices.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide high quality advice to the school leadership team, classroom teachers and other school staff to develop, plan and implement effective reasonable adjustments for students with disability.
Provide, support and/or coordinate case management for students who require extensive or substantial adjustment.
Coordinate and provide intensive support and possibly targeted teaching for students requiring intervention.
Lead and manage requirements around documentation and policy for all inclusive education related areas

About You:
Work effectively as part of a team;
Effective and clear communicator;
Proactive in addressing challenges, and showing initiative;
High level of knowledge of appropriate adjustments for a range of student needs.
