An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced leader in disability to join our Client Experience team in Sydney, with experience leading portfolios within the NDIS. Our Office is based in Baulkham Hills, with regular travel across the West and North West of Sydney.

The Disability Services Manager, also known as the Client Experience Manager, plays a crucial role in the Client Experience Team. As a key member of the team, the role focuses on leading and developing a team of high-performing Support Workers whilst providing an excellent end-to-end client experience at Nextt.

Your portfolio consists of two SILs plus a small caseload of clients in the community: one is home to three female participants and the other is home to four male participants. You'll coach and support your team to meet the needs, wants, and aspirations of our participants.

**About You**
- You are a competent leader with exceptional people management skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a results-driven approach to solving problems.
- You have a track record of achieving success for clients.
- Have the ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Possess experience in the disability sector. Experience in Supported Independent Living and the NDIS is preferred, but not essential.
- You are skilled at navigating various systems and proficient in adhering to established protocols.
