**Job Role**: Case Manager - Registered Nurse Position

**Location**: Liverpool, NSW

**License and Vehicle is Mandatory due to Travel Assessments/**

**Start date: ASAP**

**Rate per hour**: Advised in Interview

**Shifts**: Rotating Roster

**Duties**: Assist in Travel Assessments: Attending NDIS Client's homes and evaluating NDIS Care Plans.

Office Based Work

Other duties to be discussed via Interview

**Tickets required**:

- Bachelor in Nursing.
- First Aid and CPR Training.
- INFECTION CONTROL COVID 19.
- Manual Handling.
- Working With Children Check.
- NDIS Screen Check.
- NDIS Orientation Module.
- Comprehensive Insurance.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $38.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Travel reimbursement.

**Schedule**:

- Shift work.

**Double Vaccination Required.**
