**About The Role**:
Other core accountabilities will include:

- Drawing on valuation studies and experience, undertake detailed modelling and financial analysis (with the support and supervision of the Senior Analyst) to assist in the acquisition and divestment of assets
- Assist with detailed due diligence and data validation when transactions are executed
- Analyse, model and interpret market research to identify investment trends and the key drivers impacting the market
- Research and compile financial benchmarks, which can be used in the assessment of acquisition opportunities
- Support the team by updating and maintaining manuals, registers and other updates/reports
- Analyse and report on the sale of significant assets in the Australian marketplace and maintain a detailed database

**About You**:
You are a highly numerate person, with impeccable attention to detail and an analytical investment mind. You demonstrate a good understanding of property valuation techniques, investment theory and property analysis/return measures paired with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
You show excellent communication and interpersonal skills and present with:

- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within the Capital Transactions team of a major institution, or an assistant valuer/analyst within a non-residential valuation practice focusing on institutional valuation assignments
- Degree in Property Economics and ability to be granted registration as a Valuer
- Some knowledge and experience in the processes involved in due diligence relating to the acquisition of institutional grade property investments
- Knowledge of and ability to develop to an advanced/expert proficiency level in Argus and Forbury modelling software
- Ability to identify critical issues and risks during investment analysis and modelling. Implement considered and timely reporting and recommendations relating to such issues
