- Shaking, stirring, and pouring top-notch cocktails
- Sharing your mezcal & tequila knowledge with our guests & team
- Keeping the bar running smoothly with great stock control & service
- Bringing good energy and great vibes to every shift

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience behind the bar, making cocktail and mixed drinks
- Strong knowledge of wide ranging spirits
- Passion for Mexican spirits, cocktails, and culture
- A fun, outgoing personality & ability to work under pressure
- Mature age & local to the area
- Ambition to grow—supervisory opportunities available for the right person****
