Skills & Experience - We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate (1 < 5 years PQE) to join our Global Financial Markets practice in Sydney or Perth. To be successful: - You must have experience in advising transactional matters in one or several of the below areas: general banking, infrastructure/project finance, leverage finance, restructuring, asset finance, structured finance. - You must have the ability to work seamlessly across borders to deliver global expertise, local insight and the latest industry know-how to our clients. - You have outstanding academic history and proven first-rate legal skills, combined with a strong industry reputation, excellent transactional and management skills. - You will enjoy working in a busy and demanding team environment and have had experience working with specialists across multiple - practice groups.
