Drivers play a crucial role within Coates, ensuring the safe delivery of goods and equipment across the country. This role is often the face of Coates and requires exceptional customer service and professionalism, as well as working to tight deadlines and ensuring and maintaining a high standard of safety.

The role is based at our Sydney Portables branch located in Erskine Park.

**A day in the life of a Coates Driver**:

- Safe, professional and timely delivery/pick up/servicing of portable toilets to and from various site locations.
- Effectively secure freight load to ensure successful delivery
- Maintain knowledge of equipment storage and location to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Perform general yard duties ensuring an organised and safe yard

Forecast average salary including overtime $100k annually

**Your skills & experience**:
Alongside a positive and flexible attitude, you enjoy working in a team and have a customer focused approach to your work. You will also have:

- A valid heavy vehicle driver’s license. (Minimum MR, forklift licence & construction white card are highly regarded)
- Vacuum tanker experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience loading and unloading equipment using correct restraint
- A clean driving record and a commitment to the importance of safety - you are an expert on the chain of responsibility.
- Proven customer service skills
- Adequate technology skills
