Experienced Woodworker

We’re on the lookout for a **skilled woodworker with hands-on CNC experience** to join our tight-knit team at **The Framing Project** - where we craft bespoke mirrors and artwork for design-conscious customers.

This isn’t just a CNC role. We’re after a **factory all-rounder**—someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and enjoys seeing a project through from concept to completion. You’ll be our go-to for CNC operations—drawing up files, programming the machine, and cutting materials—but you’ll also roll up your sleeves to help with various tasks across the workshop.

**About You**:

- You’ve got solid woodworking experience and a strong eye for detail.
- You’ve run and programmed a CNC before, ideally in a creative workshop setting.
- You’re comfortable reading and drawing CAD files.
- You’re hands-on, practical, and enjoy the variety that factory work brings.
- You take pride in producing high-quality work, whether it’s operating machinery or putting the final touches on a custom piece.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Creating and preparing files for CNC cuts.
- Operating and maintaining our CNC machine.
- Assisting in general factory production—assembling, sanding, prepping, and finishing bespoke mirrors and framed artwork.
- Collaborating with a small, passionate team to deliver high-end, one-of-a-kind pieces to our customers.

**Nice to Have (but not essential)**:

- Experience with aluminum or metalwork.
- Background in custom furniture or fine carpentry.
- Familiarity with design software (Fusion 360, etc.)

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
