Are you an experienced professional in contract administration and vendor management, ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? This opportunity supports IT operations and delivery partners in a pivotal Procurement Analyst role.

**About the Role**
- Coordinating resourcing requirements and managing RFQs.
- Liaising with vendors, providing administrative support, and processing invoices and transactions.
- Managing timesheets, purchase orders, and reconciliation processes.
- Supporting the Senior Vendor Analyst and Vendor Assurance Manager in vendor agreement management.

**Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with:

- Proven experience in contract administration, invoicing, payments reconciliation, and vendor financial management.
- Exceptional governance, document management, and confidentiality skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and time management capabilities.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and adaptability to new technologies.
- Understanding of Commercial Management, Quality Assurance, and IT contracting models
- Administering temporary labour hire and consulting engagements (well regarded)
- Familiarity with standard procurement procedures and tendering approaches (well regarded)
- A degree in law, business, OR equivalent experience and/or education/training.
