**About the Role**:
**Essential Knowledge and Skills**
- Experience in QuickBooks and Myob, processing of accounts receivable and payable
- Set up new suppliers and maintain existing suppliers
- Reconciling bank and card accounts
- Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ad hoc financial and operational reporting as required by the Finance Manager
- Experience using Excel, Microsoft Office skills. Provide support across administration team to ensure an effective and efficient workspace is maintained
- Perform other accounting administrative duties as required
- Support information requests for audits
- General administration and office tasks as required
- Assisting with preparation and processing of Superannuation, PAYG, Payroll Tax, Business Activity Statements, and other accounting related tasks
- MYOB payroll knowledge an advantage but not essential

**Desirable Knowledge and Skills**:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to varying tasks
- Familiarity with financial accounting processes and exposure to medium sized organisations
- Ability to follow directions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
- MYOB: 3 years (preferred)
- QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
