Concierge Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic **Concierge Supervisor **to join a corporate entity and oversee the front desk operations at a prestigious location in Sydney, Circular Quay.

**Hours**:Weekdays only with no nights

**Salary**:$70-75

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the reception, ensuring smooth and efficient services.

Coordinate events and welcome visitors, guests, and staff with warmth and professionalism.

Supervise and train concierge staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold our high standards.

Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
