**Store Retail Supervisor and Salesperson - Full-Time**

A fantastic opportunity for a Store Retail Supervisor and Salesperson is available at the brand new Carts’n’Parts Australia NSW Warehouse/Showroom in Penrith due to open in February 2025. If you are an eager, hands-on, and self-motivated individual with sales experience, this is your chance to join a dedicated team and make an impact within the golfing industry.

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm)

**Key Duties / Responsibilities**:

- Assist with and oversee the safe unloading of shipping containers, containing imported golf cart products, and support the assembly of carts (along with installing on rain curtains) when necessary.
- Provide local sales support in collaboration with the national Sales Team, including preparing quotes, processing orders, scheduling service bookings, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the national Marketing Team by providing feedback on sales, enquiries, and leads, helping to develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer retention.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, to support administrative efficiency.

**Role Requirements**:

- Strong sales experience - not afraid to follow leads
- Hands-on experience and skilled with tools (tools will be provided)
- Well organised and have a professional presentation
- Capability to work autonomous
- Physically capable of safely performing heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Valid Forklift Licence (highly beneficial)
- Experience with CRM software (highly beneficial)
- Golf Cart or Caravan industry experience is considered favourable

**What We Will Offer**:

- $55,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience) + Super
- Immediate start

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)

- Hands-on experience with tools: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
