Solid understanding of bar or bistro service
Ability to manage a crowd
Experience with stock control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for the Industry
Experience developing the skills of Front of House staff
Good track record of building team culture and leadership skills
The ability to problem solve and make good decisions in a busy environment
