**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct client meetings to assess and determine mortgage requirements.
- Work with a variety of lenders to obtain the best rates and terms for clients.
- Advise clients on the best mortgage products and structures that suit their needs.
- Prepare loan package and ensure all documentation is accurate.
- Develop and maintain relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Stay current on industry regulations and changes.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience as a Mortgage Broker.
- Knowledge of mortgage products, industry regulations, and lending practices.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
